ATTACK ON TITAN WINGS OF FREEDOM

Attack on Titan Known in Europe as A.O.T .: Wings of Freedom, is an action videogame based on the manga and the anime The attack of the giants. Developed and published by Koei Tecmo in collaboration with Kōdansha, the manga publishing house, the videogame was released in 2016 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows.

Game mode

The 3D Maneuver Gear 3D movement device allows characters to move freely in game levels. To avoid making it a game focused on the mere chase of the giants has been added a multiplayer cooperative system, where you can sacrifice allies to complete the missions. Giant instead can be attacked on different parts of the body and you can sever their limbs to make them more vulnerable to lethal attacks towards the neck.

Development

PlayStation 4 in mind, although later the two versions for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita will be adapted. The development of the videogame was entrusted to the Omega Force, famous for the Warriors series, even if in this case the "one against many" formula, typical of the Warriors videogames, was not implemented, but "many against one". The Maneuver Gear 3D system has been recreated several times with the aim of making it as simple and fluid as possible.

The story presented in the anime is revived entirely, with the addition of new parts to highlight all the characters in the series. and Hajime Isayama, creator of the series, has been consulted to adapt the story to the best .
